This Privacy Policy explains what information SalaryMBA(“we,” “us,” or “SalaryMBA”) collects when you use www.salarymba.com, why we collect it, and the controls you have. SalaryMBA is an independent MBA salary and ROI reference. We are not a business school, an employer, or an admissions service, and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Most of the site — salary benchmarks, calculators, and reference pages — can be used without an account or any personal details. If you voluntarily submit information (for example, through a compensation submission form or by contacting us), we receive what you choose to send, such as your email address and the content of your message. Submitted outcome data is moderated and only ever shown in aggregate above our sample-size thresholds, never attributed to you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically receive standard technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and the pages you view. This is used to operate the site, understand aggregate usage, and keep the service secure.
